This is one of our newest locations in Etobicoke for our multi-activity day camp this summer. This day camp is for children between the ages of 5 and 10 year-old. Families in Bloordale, Rockwood Village, Eatonville and Markland Wood neighborhoods will find this location convenient. It is also accessible via TTC (buses 49 and 112); otherwise by car with parking available on-site.
Located in the Bloordale United Church on Bloor St. W., this location will host our summer camp for the first time in 2025. The camp will make use of a spacious gym for indoor games, and two smaller rooms for arts & crafts sessions and theme activities. For outdoor games, the location is right next to Bloordale Park South, providing campers with a large play area and plenty of green space to have fun.
We run weekly themes during the entire summer and each week is different and new. The fun themes also provide an opportunity to learn something new and are the focus of the weekly field trips to attractions related to the topic of the week. We take our campers to Casa Loma for Dragons and Unicorns week; and to Little Canada during Around The World week, for example. We split our campers in groups by age: 5 to 6 year-olds and 7 to 10 year-olds.
